BEGIN AUGUST 8TH!
About The 5 Tibetan Yogas
A simple, gentle efficient yoga routine that increases mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength. They are renowned for promoting longevity for llamas in the Himalayas. When practiced as a long term daily practice, these yoga's balance the subtle energies in our body and transform confusion, anger, attachment, and other delusive mental states. A perfect accompaniment to meditation, Tai Chi, and Pilates -- will benefit anyone with physical limitations, or not enough time to do other yoga classes or gym workouts. Classes run for 4 consecutive weeks.

Beginners Morning Classes
Friday Mornings: 9:30-10:30am
Dates: AUGUST 8th-29th Friday Mornings
(once a week for 4 weeks) Yogas followed by meditation.
Cost: $90+HST for the 4 week session. Space is limited.
Please register early with a $30+HST deposit required to hold your spot.

Astrology 101 Class - Part 1

For Ages 6-12 Dates: Wednesday August 20th Time: 1- 4:00pm Cost: $90 ($85 if you register by August 5th with a deposit of $40.00)

Class includes attunements, manual, snacks, and certificate.In this class children will learn:* the story of Reiki and where it originated* how Reiki works, how to connect with Universal Source Energy for greater peace, healing, and understanding.*how to do a self treatment -how to do a treatment on others(they do learn this however the focus of the class is self healing first, then helping others)*how to reiki animals and other living things -how to 'feel' energy in different objects*how to choose, clean and charge a crystal for use in healing -how to see or sense the energy field and to draw a picture of their unique energy' -how to clear and balance and strengthen their energy*how to clear the energy in their environment

In this class children will learn to: *“heartlink”, connecting with the Universal Energy Source and their Angel, creating a place of peace and joy. *send “heartlinks” to their family, friends and pets - how to build and use a pendulum to measure energy*draw a picture of their Angel after exploring connecting with the Angelic vibration*learn how to clear their energy field*receive a Basic Level IET attunement*receive an illustrated Workbook to explore and decorate*receive a Certificate of Completion
