About The 5 Tibetan YogasA simple, gentle efficient yoga routine that increases mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength. They are renowned for promoting longevity for llamas in the Himalayas. When practiced as a long term daily practice, these yoga's balance the subtle energies in our body and transform confusion, anger, attachment, and other delusive mental states. A perfect accompaniment to meditation, Tai Chi, and Pilates -- will benefit anyone with physical limitations, or not enough time to do other yoga classes or gym workouts.
