Spring is in full bloom, with fresh energy, new beginnings, and exciting offerings I’m thrilled to share with you!

This month, I’m teaching the Reiki Master Class on May 24 & 25—a powerful opportunity for those ready to deepen their Reiki journey or step into teaching. Then, on June 7 & 8, I’ll be offering Reiki Level One and Two, perfect for those just starting or looking to expand their healing practice.

You’re also warmly invited to my Pop-Up Shop during the Indoor Garage Sale this Saturday, May 10 from 10 AM to 3 PM at 270 King Street West in Dundas. Come browse beautiful, intention-filled items including handmade pottery, crystal manifesting candles, and aromatherapy roll-ons—just in time for Mother’s Day or your own self-care rituals.

I’m now offering in-person Reiki sessions on Thursdays and distance sessions throughout the week. If you’ve been feeling the nudge to realign and recharge, I’d love to support you.
