Reiki is a Beautiful and Gentle and Effective modaility that has excellent results with pain relief and stress relief as well as healing and balancing deeper issues. It is easy to learn and you can easily use it on yourself and others.  Level 2 goes deeper into the Reiki practice providing more tools for addressing specific issues.
