I have seen your strength and huge hearts over these past few months. Even though some of you have struggled, you have still shown remarkable courage and the ability to rise up in the midst of chaos. I hope that you can take some gentle nurturing time for yourself this Valentines day to recharge, and to Love yourself. It's the perfect time for Self Care & Self Love & to reach out and Connect to friends and family. Even if it is just virtually. We all need Connection. We all need Love. Now more than ever.
